Reasons Why Women’s Body Changes After Delivery
Some women are afraid of bearing kids because of the changes that occur to their body. This happens to those women that want to have an attractive body. During pregnancy a woman’s change is bound to change because it has to sustain a new life for nine months. The uterus enlarges as the baby is growing, this growth leads to the stomach becoming big. Another area that broadens is the hip area. All these are among the changes that women see while they are pregnant. These changes do not stop after giving birth; they continue even after the baby is born.
There are many changes that occur to the body because of the hormones in the body both during pregnancy and even after pregnancy below are some of the changes that women experience. One of the reason is that the chest become bigger. The reason for this is because the body has hormones that are essential in producing milk. Therefore the beast have to enlarge to accommodate the babies milk. The second significant change that may happen to the body is that the stomach may enlarge and become baggy. This change is one of the changes that make women feel bad about themselves. Since the abdomen had expanded to fit a baby, therefore it takes time before the tummy goes back to its normal size. After sometimes the loose skin tightens again to normal. During these times it is necessary to engage in exercise that is helpful in tightening the skin and losing the extra weight.
Hair thinning is also a significant change among mothers. There are hormones that are secreted after childbirth that cause the hair to thinner and even fall out. Though, when the hormone secretion reduces the hair thickens again. There are products that can be used to fasten the thickening of the hair. The body loses some weight that had been gained during pregnancy. Many women gain weight while pregnant, the weight is usually lost after childbirth. Another change that happens after delivery is that women experience difficulty while passing urine. This is because during childbirth the pelvis is usually under pressure.
Bleeding is also a change that women experience after birth. The reason for the bleeding is because the body has to shed the uterine blood. The bleeding takes a couple of weeks to clear depending with different people. After childbirth, women miss their regular menstrual cycle for a few months.
Some women are unable to control their emotions after birth. There are times that mothers become all sad and gloomy. This emotional feelings may disappear after sometimes. There are times when after birth women are not able to see clearly, the changes can be caused by the hormonal changes from the body.
